- Division Engineer in the Arkansas Basin 2018-2022.
- Assistant Division Engineer responsible for overseeing Surface Water Operations in the Arkansas River Basin which included River/Reservoir Operations, administration of surface water under the priority system, operation of the real-time stream gaging satellite network within the Arkansas River Basin and administration of well replacement plans, augmentation plans and substitute water supply plans.
- Lead Engineer of the Ground Water Information Team in the Arkansas River Basin during the initial implementation of the rules that govern the use of high capacity wells (1996-2000).
- He has also served as an expert witness in the Kansas vs. Colorado Supreme Court case where he gave testimony on behalf of the State of Colorado concerning the work he supervised to keep Colorado in compliance with the interstate compact and has provided expert witness testimony in the Division 2 and Division 3 Water Courts.

Pam Tyner
Co-Owner/Principal
Pam received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science (minor in Math) from Colorado State University in 1982 and a Professional Teaching License in Secondary Mathematics from Colorado State University Pueblo. She completed a career at Pueblo Community College in 2020 where she had taught for 15 years. She also taught Math in several schools in Pueblo School Districts 60 and 70 and worked as a programmer analyst at El Paso County School District 11. She worked as a programmer for Hewlett Packard and Sperry prior to her time in education. Following retirement from the education system, she will be available to provide technical and business related support for company projects.
Candace Walker
Scientist
Candace received her B.S. in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and her M.S. in Biology with an emphasis in aquatic biology and water quality from Colorado State University Pueblo. She is currently an Associate Professor for Palm Beach State College in Florida where she teaches Biology and Environmental Science, serves as a faculty development coach for those pursuing continuing contract, and participates in reef restoration efforts in collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management in Jupiter, FL.
